Once a file is downloaded, it cannot be “returned” the way a physical product can. For this reason, all sales are generally final, except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available
Because our products are delivered instantly and can be previewed via listing images and descriptions before purchase, we do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase or download
- Lack of technical skill or software needed to use the files (e.g., no access to Canva, Photoshop, or similar programs)
- Failure to read the product description, file formats, or compatibility requirements before buying
- Requests made after the file has been substantially used or repurposed
- Dissatisfaction with design style or personal preference, where the product matches its listing description and preview images
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation qualifies under Section 2, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date. To help us resolve your request quickly, include:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- The email address used at checkout
- A clear description of the issue
- Screenshots or screen recordings showing the problem, where applicable

7. Chargebacks
We ask that customers contact us directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Unwarranted chargebacks on products that were successfully delivered as described may result in the loss of access to future purchases from our store.
